Internet has not been working for me for last few days. I have vodafone cable connection and have the Vodafone station modem. I see the following error when check online on Vodafone.de/Kabelkontakt

We will fix the problem as soon as possible. Thanks very much. You can expect to be able to use your connection again from October 6th, 2021 5:00 p.m.
Affected by the disorder:
Impairment or failure of several services.
This has been going on for almost a week and seems nobody cares about it.
