Internet crashes in 10557 starting 27.06.2022

Hello!
I need some help with my modem connecting to the Internet, 

unfortunately couldn't make anything via telephone help line...

Starting from 27.06.2022 around 4pm there were crashes of Internet, but I thought it might be a router overheating issues, this happened once. After 30 minutes connection restored.

Today, 28.06.2022 crashes started from 10am and it continues till now. I had to use hotspot voucher, but it's not a great deal.

Can you please look into the issue? I work from home and it's a very serious case for me.

• Loss of connection to the network. No connection to the headend

Hallo,

ich habe die gleiche Konstellation (bis auf die PLZ 14167) und seit einer Woche Probleme mit dem Internet. Ich kann mich minutenlang nicht einwählen, bei allen Geräte (Laptop, Xbox, TV etc pp).
