Hello,
I am a new customer for Vodafone cable.
I received the router at 05.07.2022 and connected it.
Since then, The Internet red light keeps flashing with no internet. I activated my account using the activation code but I still has no internet.
I tried to reset the router, unplug the power, change the plug and check the wall data plug.
I still have no internet. I tried to talk with the support without sucess since i couldn't find t a english speaker to talk with.
Could you help me with this?

if the router does not come online on its own, then in most cases a technician will have to come out.
I'll be happy to take a look at it.
Please send me a PN with your customer data (name, address, customer number and date of birth).
