Help! Internet down, my German is not the greatest and I cannot get help in English

Hello,

My cable internet went down today 18:00. I followed the Support Bot instructions and still nothing works. The Internet light is blinking white. I tried the telephone support, but my German is just not good enough to hold a conversation with the technical support and none of the agents speak English.

Please help! I need a sustainable connection to work from home, especially with my employer mulling closing the office again due to increasing COVID case numbers.
