Internet (Kabel Red 1000) not working

Hi, Gerard here. I have a had Internet downtime from about noon today (19.02.2022), in Hörleingasse, Würzburg. The storungshilfe website says there is an issue in my area, but no timeline on when the problem will be fixed. Please advice.
