Hello,
Its been a week that I have lost my internet connection.
First I called vodafone kunden service and they told me they increrased the speed and fixed the internet problem. And the resposible person added that my internet connection will be fine in 2 days,
Its been 4 days and I have still no internet connection.
This time my flatmate called costumer service and kunden costumer service told him that there is a problem with the cables and they cannot tell when the internet connection will be provided again.
Its been a week, we have no internet connection and continue paying per month for no connection.
I dont know if someone can help me, what is this ?? is this service ??
