I am currently experiencing a connection issue that seems unlikely to be resolved until tomorrow.
In a previous incident, Vodafone provided me with a mobile wifi backup device and a sim card, which I used until my connection was fixed.
My question is, how can I request that Vodafone recharge the sim-card data so that I can use it as a backup until my connection is restored? As I am working from home, I am unable to continue without an internet connection.
