Help with internet connection

Hello,

I need some help from someone who can speak English, mein German ist nicht sehr gut... sorry!

 

So I recently moved to Germany and opened a new internet contract with vodafone (GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel).

I applied online 11th Jan. Received router 13th Jan. Contract says the expected internet connection is 17th Jan with start of the contract being 16th Jan.

It is now 20th and I still have no internet connection.

Everything is properly connected to the router, white LED lights both on power and wifi, but blinking red LED light on the internet. Also on the router webpage it says the DOCSIS is offline (with no visible channels).

 

I'm assuming vodafone hasn't opened the internet connection on their side yet, because everything on my side seems to be okay and properly connected. I've emailed vodafone asking for some information and help, but obviously did not get a reply.

 

Since there is zero communication from vodafone, I wanted to ask the forum if the problem that I have is normal? How long does it usually take for vodafone to activate your internet? Is there something that I haven't done? If its a matter of couple of days delay, I can wait I'm a patient person. I just need some clear communication from vodafone!
