Frequent Internet disconnections

I am from Essen in NRW. I am facing frequent internet disconnections for a month now. The internet gets disconnected almost every 30 min or 1 hour. The WI-FI white light on the gray modem stops glowing. The connection comes back on its own after almost an hour. Ofcourse it is not possible to wait so long.Therefore I have to swtich off and switch on the modem for the connection to come back. It has become almost impossible to work from home. I have called the customer care multiple times.They did a software upgrade and then asked me to do a modem reset.Nothing has worked. They keep raising one ticket after another xxxxxxxxxxx All tickets are open. And everytime I receive a call back from the customer care, I am not able to hear anything on the call. This is just with calls from Vodafone customer care whereas I am able to receive all other calls successfully.

My deutsch is not very good and therefore its really a struggle for me to interact with the call centre agents. I would really request someone from vodafone to please help me to resolve this problem.
