Extremely slow Upload in Berlin Mitte (10557)

Hi,

I am having a Vodafone Cable Max 1000 connection at home but during the past weeks the Download but mainly the Upload speed are both extremely low!

After multiple speed tests using Ookla:

Download Speed ​​-> not more than 200mbps

Upload Speed ​​-> between 0.5 and 1.8mpbs

Those speeds are unacceptable considering the established connection and as you can imagine, it is impossible to work, stream or game online. I am working remotely and there is a reason why I have chosen your package with the highest internet speed which I dont have eventually.

Please give me an update about the current status and any possible fixes. Otherwise, I will request a refund for the current month since it is extremely frustrating to face such bad connection nowadays.
