I recently received Vodafone Cable Internet Router(which support WiFi6) and connected to the socket using multimedia plug in adapter.
But I still couldn't have internet access (red LED is keep blinking on internet).
In this case, should I call a Vodafone technical team to come and help to establish Cable internet or is there anything I can try by myself?
When I got email from the Vodafone, they told me that I could get a internet by plugging the router the socket because my house is Cable internet available area.
Can anyone help?
