I've had for more than a week problems with the Kabel internet connection. The NetzAssistent says it is a return path interference and that it is not known when it will be solved. I already had to pay extra money to buy mobile phone credit to work from home.
I would like to receive data volume for the phone to be able to work while the problem is getting solved. I cannot find help in English on the hotline.
