Is there any major disruption happening in Berlin - Wilmersdorf? We don't have connection at my place for over 3 days already. 

We tried all the steps on the NetworkWizard. It still doesn't work.

How can I open a ticket for officially request technical support?

such a long outage is really annoying :/. Do you have a contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or do you use a DSL router? If the first, please send me your customer number together with the full address, name and date of birth of the contract owner. Please reply here in this thread after you sent the PM.

Ich hatte seit 2 Wochen Dauerverbindungsprobleme. Als es endlich behoben war, trat das Problem in 3 Tagen wieder auf. Die Verbindung ist absolut unzuverlässig. Ich beginne meinen Tag, ohne zu wissen, wie lange ich Internet zur Verfügung habe.
Warum soll ich die volle Rechnung bis Ende des Monats bezahlen?
Warum sollte ich meinen Vodafone-Vertrag nicht komplett abschließen?
