CableMax 1000mbit is too slow

Hi,

I've tested the speed from multiple devices over 5GHz, 2.4GHz WLAN as well as via LAN (Cat6e cable). I'm hitting rates of under 200mbit.

I tried a factory reset of my modem/router already. 

Modem/Router: FRITZ!Box 6591 Cable (lgi)

The modem/router shows 1095,7 Mbit/s download rate.

Please, advise.
