I live in Berlin 10553 and have same issue. I've contacted Vodafone support last night and I was told that there is a device on the network that emits bad signal.
I was told that It will take at least couple of days for Vodafone techinicians to resolve the issue.
The only problem I have is that both my girlfriend and I are working from home, so I am wondering are we able to get any mobile data credit while issue is not resolved ?
