To disable the internet until I ask to enable

Dear team, Its been one month I am trying to stop my internet. 

I am on the vacation for 6 Months and I will not be using the internet. So I request you to kindly disable the internet service for the security reason. . Please disable it from today

There is no "stop" and "restart" for landline contracts.

You cannot suspend the contract and not pay for it - this is not possible, as the DSL line is continuously rented from the network operator (not necessarily Vodafone itself - might be Telekom).
