Internt over DSL not working since last 8 days

My Internet is not working since last 8 days. I have been calling multiple times each and every day to get it fixed but none of your technician is coming at my home to fix it. What kind of service is that where you are not able to fix a simple internet problem since last 8 days.

I would request you to please help me out and fix this internet issue.
