Please I need someone's help. We got EasyBox 805 router but we cannot activate our router using Modem Installationscode because we don't have the Internet - the Internet's diode is still red (that means leuchtet rot). Everything is connected properly. We have DSL connection. Additionaly, the technican has canceled an appointment without any reason today. It is not fair. We can't wait one month for activation 😞
