Hello,
I feel so sad and disappointed... yesterday at 12:30 I got a call from the technician saying: I just activated your line so in 10 minutes you will have internet.
I went to work and came back at 23:20. The light is blinking green. I did check the connections of the cables, tried to do the installation with my phone, with the iPad and my pc. Nothing worked.
green light is blinking all the time. Nobody wants to speak English and it's very hard.
The guy on the phone even shouted at me in German when I asked him for the third time to talk slower... he never slowed down and didn't even let me speak. He didn't understand my situation.
I asked him to reset the router from their side he said that it's not possible. But I read on the forum that it is possible!
They are sending a technician on Monday to have it check.
I have waited for a month for this...
can somebody help me?
