(English) My DSL is slower than usual suddenly, with no reason

Hello,  I am using the limitless 250 Mbits DSL Wifi connection with a FritzBox and everything was fine for the first 2 months but now the most I can take out from it is 7Mbits and with a very high ping. You can find my speedtest on the attachment part.

What could be the problem? I am contracted with 250 Mbit package and I am not getting it at all.
