I recently started a DSL contract through check24. The modem arrived last week and although I have installed everything correctly, the blinking red light at Internet never stopped ...
I have not received any document stating when the contracts begins, neither any charges for the delivery of the modem or the initial payment.
When logging to the Vodafone account, there is a message that states something like due to technical problems a date is not there.
I received an SMS asking me to connect the modem in the next 5 days on Monday, and still haven't been able to.
My first thought is that it has something to do with the contract ...
