DSL connection restarts frequently and WLAN network disappears

I have a VDSL 100 Mbps connection with an EasyBox 804 and the router restarts itself every once in a while causing the connection to break. Also, I have separate networks for 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The 2.4 GHz doesn't appear sometimes when I try to connect. So my older devices do not have internet. I work from home on most days and this DSL restart creates problems for me.

I have tried to contact Vodafone Support but they are not able to find any faults with the connection. I depend on my mobile hotspot for important meetings and work. I pay for a network that I cannot depend on. What is Vodafone doing?

Does anyone with a similar problem has a suggestion?

Hey joel_myworld,

i'm sorry - especially in times of homeoffice a stable connection is an absolute must.

If the router is not broadcasting a 2,4ghz ssid sometimes, it may be a defect of the router.
Please send me a private message with your customernumber, i'll have a look into this & initiate a swap of the router.
