Apartment change-internet not at all working

• I had submitted the relocation request (apartment change)and I have confirmation from vodaphone that on 30.8 after plug in the router, the internet will work. The move in date was 30.8.23. till now internet connection is not working. In phone call,Customer care said that everything is fine. It will work from 30.08,16 hrs. But it is not working on 31.08 also..internet symbol is blinking. Inspite of paying 39.99Euro for move, the service is not good!.

I am also facing this same issue. Have been dealing with them for last 14 days and still no solution. Very bad experience
