Hello,

I took out a new contract with Vodafone along with the new Samsung S23 ultra. I gave the activation date as 13.12.2023 since I require the time to cancel my current contract as well. Today I received the new sim card from Vodafone along with a letter from Samsung with the contract details. In that, it is noted that the additional 999 GB for use in Inland is only available for activation until 12.12.2023. Since that is the case, I would like to move the activation by one day earlier not to miss out on the offer unnecessarily. I would have already chosen the 12th if this was mentioned in the Samsung website but I couldn't find anything denoting that.

Secondly, I would also like to port my old number (non Vodafone) to Vodafone for the new contract instead of a new number. I tried calling the customer care but couldn't connect with an English person several times unfortunately. Given my subpar German skills, I couldn't really convey the requirements. 

Hoping for a help to resolve both the matters.
