customer password

I just bought a prepaid sim card from supermarket today. I am not being able to register as whenever I try to create a customer password an error pop up. What may be the solution?

As I already wrote via PM, I  can remember at a similar case another user had the same problems. 

In this case your should get in contact with the customer care support directly. 

Please use one of the both social media contacts (Facebook/Twitter).
