I need to take my existing vodafone CallYa prepaid number to another provider and I've tried via the opt-in command on the chatbot and it asks for a customer password which I never received when buying the CallYa sim. Then I tried sending the signed InfoDoc 233 via contact form and it also asks for the customer password.
Is there any other way I can send the infoDoc 233 online without posting/faxing?
