Problem MIT aktivieren CallYa

I have tried to register my CallYA SIM card today and I always get an error for the password. 

I write 6-20 characters, at least one uppercase and a number, but every time I get the error 'Select customer password' and am unable to proceed. 

I'm unsure what I should do now.

Please use only CAPITALS for your PW. May be they still have this issue.
