Hello, i have a contract CallYA Allnet Flat S and i:

1. Cant login in the web site with my contract data, but i can login in the android app. 

2. Cant change my tariff to CallYA Start.

I created a another account to make a post here.

Can someone:

1. Change my tariff to CallYA Start. And what info you need for this?

2. Explain how to login in the web site from my main account to be able to post here from main account.

Changing the tariff into CallYa Start is via customer support either phone or WhatsAp/SMS possible only. 

 

Is your CallYa contract integrated in MeinVodafone website? If not you only need your mobile phone number and your customer password (not internet password!). Then you be able making settings via the website account too.

I have tried 22044 -> 3, as far as i understand there is no option to change to CallYA Start there.

I need to register with web site with my telephone number and Kunden-Kennwort? Wouldn't it be two different accounts?

You wrote that you had to register a new account writing in this community here. 

 

You created an account in the past? Can you login into that account? 

 

You can reach the support via WhatsApp/SMS with that number: +49 172 2000229

Save the number and start WhatsApp. You will have contact with TOBi (the AI) first. I'm not sure if TOBi can handle English in the meanwhile. Otherwise you have to write simple words in German (e.g. Tarifwechsel, CallYa Start, Kundenbetreuer etc.).

TOBi demands to call me, and I don't know German. I already tried that.

I will try to go to the Vodafone branch and work with the consultants to do that. Can they help me right in the office?

Although I have also tried that already. They told me I could switch to CallYA Start at 22044, where i didn't succeed either.

 

I didn't create an account in the past, I just have one with the android app.

I also need to create it on the website? Is it different? You can't just login because you already have a SIM card? (i tried to restore password and such things several times)

 

I created account with different email today to be able to ask question here, since i can't change tariff.

Then you can also add your CallYa contract to MeinVodafone website too. You need only your mobile phone number and customer password.

So fügst Du Verträge zu MeinVodafone hinzu

Scroll auf Deiner MeinVodafone-Startseite runter. Klick dann auf den schwarzen Button Vertrag/Rufnummer hinzufügen.

  • Gib Deine Handy-Nummer ein. Und dann Dein Kunden- oder Teilnehmer-Kennwort. Dir wird ein SMS-Code zugeschickt. Diesen 6-stelligen Code gibst Du auch ein. Klick auf Weiter.
    Du hast keine SMS bekommen? Dann nutz die Kundennummer, wie in der ersten Möglichkeit beschrieben.
  • Im nächsten Schritt gib dem Vertrag einen Namen. Den kannst Du auch jederzeit wieder ändern. Wenn Du mehrere SIM-Karten in Deinem MeinVodafone-Konto verwaltest, kannst Du sie dann besser auseinanderhalten.

The Vodafone store can't help you to change your tariff. The CallYa Start tariff is only an online tariff. When you use another tariff and want to change into CallYa Start the customer support is be able to change it only.

 

Or you be patient to wait to a moderator. But it could take a while because the moderator won't be here 24/7.

Adding contracts to MeinVodafone

 

Scroll down on MeinVodafone dashboard an push the button Vertrag/Rufnummer hinzufügen

 

Enter your mobile phone number and then your customer password or participants password (only if you have several mobile phone numbers).

After that you'll get a SMS code (OTP).

This 6 digit code you also enter there and click Weiter.

 

Next step your should set a name of your contract. You can change the name anytime afterwards again. Setting a name is advantage of you monitor several contracts. 

 

I hope it helps to add your mobile phone number to MeinVodafone website. 😃

 

I change tariff sucessfully with AI number and calling after that.
