Kunden-Kennwort customer password for CallYa user

Hello,
I have a problem adding my CallYa card to MyVodafone. At the store, I was not given customer password Kunden-Kennwort  or participant password Teilnehmer-Kennwort. Can someone please tell me where I could find the password? Thanks!

Thank you for your message.
Select your mobile contract in MyVodafone. Click on Meine Daten > Kunden- und Teilnehmer-Kennwörter. Then click on continue for the Kunden-Kennwort.

Good to know: Your customer password must consist of at least 8 and at most 20 characters. It may only contain letters and numbers. Ä, Ö, Ü and ß are not permitted.
