Charge extra money again!

My package comes to an end yesterday, there is no reminder for it. Then I use the data, it charged me 2 euro just for message sent out. This is unfair! Please return my money back. 😤

There isn't a chance to get your money back. The prices are described in the CallYa price list (InfoDok 150). 

What do you mean with package? An option or a tariff?

why? it's up to you to monitor your balance

Unfortunately there is no way back. You should have received a SMS beforehand. For the future you can deselect this option via MeinVodafone app. Please note that you have to do this every month.
