Callya Upgrage + KundenKennwort

Good afternoon,

I am CallYa user and recently I got Kable Vodafone connection.

I found that I can combine my current CallYa plan with GigaCombi to get extra internet, but I cant find it in "MyVodafone app".

I saw topics here and contact form on the website, but in all cases Vodafone wants my KundenKennwort and I have no idea how to set it.

How this can be solved? Thanks

Please send me a PN with the phone number of your CallYa card and the customer number of your cable contract.
I’ll take care of the setup of your GigaKombi.

If your CallYa card is not older than 90 days, I can send you the password specified by us by email.
