How can I have the invoice of CallYa prepaid card online/email/pdf ? The top-ups. None of the solutions in the help website works.

getting an invoice of your top ups you have to contact the customer service (via call or WhatsApp/SMS chat). 

Call: +49 172 229 0 229

WhatsApp/SMS chat: +49 172 200 0 229 (daily from 8 am to 8 pm).

To get a top up confirmation you should get in contact with the customer service. Either via calling or using the WhatsApp/SMS chat.
