CallYa Internet not working

Hello,

I have activated my CallYa SIM, and I can send SMS/make calls, but the internet does not work  (going on >1 week). 

I have checked that my data is turned on (it is); and I have also checked that my APN is configured to vodafone (it is). 

Please help.

But I'm not sure what language the service number supported.

What CallYa tariff are you using exactly?

Hello - I have the CallYa Digital Lite tariff.

As you get your SIM-card, did you call the service number to activate the tariff (debit your banking account to start the tariff)? 

That should written in the welcome letter.

No, I was/am not aware of any such activation step. I simply activated the SIM, as the accompanying letter instructed. Could you please point me to this number? And any instructions required - I don't speak German, which is proving a handicap in dealing with phone set-up. Many thanks.

Apologies, I didn't see your previous quote. I have called the number, thank you. And I will await the debit/internet activation before marking this issue as solved. Cheers.

Success! The number above did the trick. I should note that it was not included in either letter that I received (now triple-checked). Nevertheless, thank you very much.
