CallYa International Roaming didn't worked

Hello Team,

Recently I have been to 'switzerland' where I thought I would definetly can use my existing callya prepaid tariff benefits for calls and as well for internet, but unfortunately both didn't worked out. I tried all possible solutions of like 1) switching off and on data roaming,  2) flight mode off and on,  3) restrating phone etc. 

I would like to know is there any step am I missing here, so that it would be helpful in my future abroad travel. Please help on the same.

so far you have done everything right but your tariff is not usable in Switzerland. You can make calls and use data in Switzerland, but this all costs extra.

In all EU countries your tariff is usable with free telephony & data usage but as said not in Switzerland.
