HI, I need to access my latest invoice and cannot from the MeineVodafone portal. I've always downloaded invoice and now I cannot access any of them any longer. explanation?

Do you have perhaps two accounts for Mein Vodafone?
The error message says you are logged in with a participant account, but not as a contract holder.
