Dear Support,
Today I've requested a new vodafone contract through the hotline, but it seems my last name has been misspelled on the contract.
The contract is for mobile phone.
Please would you be so kind to help me with this serious issue?

Hey dkeledom,
I'm sorry for the typo.
Since a different name will lead to a further complications (for example the verification process) , i suggest revoking this contract.
After you've done this, feel free to send me a private message with your customerdetails (correct name,adress, chosen customerpassword). Then I'll make a new order.
