Wrong contract, no any feedabck from my last call complaint and severcely degrade 4G Signal at home

I'm a loyal customer of Vodafone, but I've been very angry with the services provided by Vodafone for the past two months.

1. No any feedback received from Vodafone regarding my contract issues, I did the complained via phone before Christmas.
2. Vodafone provided me with an extra kid SIM card without receiving my confirmed child information. I have not used this card, but I have been paying for it for more than a year.
3. I haven't received any invoices from Vodafone(neither paper nor email) for over three years. I have Vodafone DSL, RED+ Combi package.
4. Two or three months ago, 4G signal around my house began to disappear, which has a great impact on my home work and my kids home learning.

 

I don't know how to make complain since I have failed in previous call. And I dont speak German. 

I hope someone will contact me ASAP.
