Revocation of goodwill POS. I have my Vodafone Revocation Goodwill POS in shop and Vodafone keeps telling me I cannot. Why is that so? The man in the shop has already revoked my contract in his shop fourteen days ago and is telling me to wait until it is processed. How many days does it take for Vodafone to process it? He told me it varies from three days to three weeks. So if he revoked it does Vodafone send any revocation confirmation? Because he told me I think there is none. He also printed me a proof of Revocation Goodwill POS as a confirmation. What should I do next? Should I just really wait until my sim card deactivates by itself as he told me?

nur mal so nebenbei. Wenn @Shwn seinen Vertrag in einem Shop abgeschlossen hat ist sein Widerruf nicht durchführbar. Das hättet ihr ihm auch so mitteilen können ohne ihn ständig an den Kundenservice zu verweisen.

I go to a Vodafone shop and he had my widerruf kulanz asked and he said it is in process already. The man in the retail shop where i buy is not very helpful and not explaining things very clearly unlike the ones in a real Vodafone shop where he clearly explains and ask if i understand. I want to ask if i open my Vodafone app it will not affect the Widerruf Kulanz? How will i know if the Widerruf Kulanz already done in process?

I did ask the man in the retail shop but he is not very helpful in explaining as to why i got this problem in the first place. I have gone to a real Vodafone shop and the man there is very helpful and explains clearly and ask if i understand. He told me about my Widerruf Kulanz and he said it is already in process. If i open my Vodafone account in app it will not affect my Widerruf Kulanz? How will I know if my Vodafone Widerruft? Because they only told me after it is done processing it will shut down but i have fear that if i press things in the app it might cancel my widderuf kulanz.
