ReisePaket World Tag for rejected calls

Hello,

I returned from a trip to Russia in November, and recently received an invoice with several days of ReisePaket World Tag booked even though I was not using the phone on those days.

I did have incoming calls, but I rejected them both to AVOID paying for them, but got charged this fix price anyway.

Is this normal? How do I avoid this?

Also, I cannot find detailization of the Rechnung anywhere on the MeinVodafone app. It only shows dates when it happened and approximate time, but doesn't show the phone numbers I was connected with or anything like this. Where can I find it?

Yes, this can happen in case the call gets forwarded to your mailbox after you reject it. This is due to the fact that in this case the call is forwarded to your roaming country and then forwarded back to Germany to your mailbox.

Multiple ways to avoid this:

* Use an unconditional forward for all calls to your mailbox which you already need to set in Germany.

* Deactivate the mailbox

* Don't take your phone with activated SIM card with you if you don't want to use it.
