I have 3 Vodafone SIM cards, 2 prepaid and 1 postpaid.

I want oto have only one account to handle all the SIMs and not 3 different account.

Now I have 1 account for prepaid 1, 1 account for prepaid 2 and no account for the postpaid.

Do anyone help me? Any suggestion?

Hi @vincyenzo !

You can select one of your existing Mein Vodafone accounts and add the 2 remaining contracts to this account with the phone number / customer number and the customer password of the sim cards. To do this, click here after logging in.

Ok but at the moment I already have 1 account for prepaid 1 and another account for prepaid 2.

The postpaid is still not associated.

what do you mean for "customer password"?

When you signed your Vodafone postpaid contract, you usually set a "customer password" (Kundenkennwort) yourself, which you can use to identify yourself on the hotline, for example. You can also find this in the contract documents. For the Callya prepaid sim cards you can find the "customer password" either in the SIM card letter, order confirmation email  or on the SIM card holder.

For example, you can use the My Vodafone account with which you are logged in here. Click on the link above and add the other contracts that are missing. Use the customer password (Kundenkennwort) for this.

Thank you very much for your reply!

I signed my contract using Chech24 and I cannot find this password.

Should I contact Vodafone for a "password reset" procedure?

Or should I contact Check24 asking them to fix the issue?

What do you think it is better?

Thanks again for the time you are spending to help me!

Have you checked the confirmation emails from check 24?

First, I would ask at Check 24 where you can find your Vodafone customer password in the documents.

Alternatively, you can ask for your customer password in a Vodafone shop upon presentation of your identity card.

or

you can use this to set the customer password again.

I checked the eamil from Check24 andI found in Vertragsdokument.pdf the information that you can find in the screenshot attached to this reply.

The problem is that I didn't select any PWD during the buying procedure with Check24. It was an automatich process.

As you suggested, I'll in a Vodafone shop my customer password.

I sent the filled and signed PDF you linked below to Vodafone more than 1 month ago (21.07) but I didn't get any reply...

I want to say, really thank you for your support!!

You don't get an answer to that. The password is simply changed. Have you already tried adding the contract to the My Vodafone account(Link)with the customer password you specified in the pdf?
