Hello

I am a RED+ and currently in India. All was fine for first  days and SIM was locked on to network. Was geting SMS and calls.

However since today I dont get SMS or calls., and the Network only connects to one of the operator AIRTEL and not to any other operator (Auto or Manual Network mode)..

It is s eSIM - so SIM cannot be faulty. Handset is iPhone 12 pro max. seind SIM (LOCAL) works perfectly fine. Have done reset network settings as well.

How to get my VF DE SIM Active and to get SMS and Calls? Is there s list of operators with whih it will work?

Thanks

Ramana

Maybe you caused too high costs and thus your card was blocked for cost avoidance...

it Cannot be

1. I disabled Data Roaming before I left Germany - so no possible Data usage

2. I have a second SIM (India) - and all Outgoing CAlls, SMS, DATA I set to that SIM.

Therefore no way I would have made calls or SMS or data usage using my German SIM. I double checked all Calls and SMS. It could be something else. How can I check this. As I cannot make a International call with $$ to get it fixed

Incoming calls are also incurring a roaming fee and may trigger the booking from the "ReisePaket World Tag" option.

Usually if you have the "ReisePaket World Tag" enabled (which is pre-set up in most Red and Red+ plans), any action involving roaming fees will trigger booking this special option for 7,99 € per day which includes 50 min of calling (inbound and outbound), 50 SMS and 500 MB of data usage for that day.

And as I said - this is triggered by incoming calls, outgoing calls, outgoing SMS, incoming and outgoing MMS as well as data traffic. Only incoming SMS are free of charge.

And as far as I know, using more than 60 € for roaming will result in a temporary block so that your bill won't get too high.
