Dear Vodafone Team,

My name is Aravind Krishnaprasad Saligram (customer number : xxxxxxxx)and I joined a 24 month contract with the plan "GigaMobil Young S without smartphone - 15GB plan" on October 17, 2023.On the "Vertragszusammenfassung" it was mentioned that there is no connection fee as a promotion and an additional 20% off  for 24 months with 0 shipping fees. The monthly invoice is estimated to be 19,99 Euros. Today on the Mein Vodafone website, The monthly invoice was changed to 62.69 Euros. I have attached the screenshot of the same for your kind reference. 

 

2. Since I am 22 years old (< 28 years old) Somewhere on the contract it was mentioned that I had to verify my age. How do I do that?

 

I would highly appreciate any assistance provided from your side.
