How to terminate contract with military orders

Hello,   

I am sorry but I must post in English as my German is not very good.  Please tell me how to go about terminating my contract for cell and internet service. 

I am with the US Military and will be leaving Germany on orders in April. 

I understand that I will not be required to pay for the remainder of the contract period and I will not be penalized.  Is this true?

I would like to terminate the contracts and return the equipment.
