Going about canceling

I have a mobile contract which is coming to its end.

How do I go about cancelling do I just send the form in the mail? I wasn't able to fill out the form in myVodafone I kept getting an error saying I needed to add a contract and the helpline was of no assistance. How can I make sure my number is potable?

Hi @Elisabeth7,

When you want to cancel your mobile phone contract then I recommend this form. 

With the last option "Oder direkt übers Formular kündigen" you can cancel your contract by filling out the online form directly.
