Can you please advise which number I can call in order to cancel my Gigacube Home contract with an English speaking operator? I am leaving Germany at the end of July, and would like to ensure that the process happens smoothly.
I've checked the forums, but with some mixed (and / or out-of-date) results for the correct number to call for this. Thanks in advance for your help! Sorry for not using German 🙂

Hi TomasBerlin,
it's necessary to cancel a contract in written form. Ususally, a contract can be cancelled with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the current running time. If you are leaving Germany, we can terminate the contract earlier.
Please send me a private message with your phone or customer number and your customer password (alternatively name, address and birth date). Then I can have a look at it.
