Please don't send private messages to any of the Vodafone hosts (Moderatoren) spontaneously.
You should always contact the Community first. One of the Vodafone hosts (earmarked as Moderator) will then get back to you.
Of course, leave out any personal details like your full address or number when addressing the Community.This way, Community members can learn about the issue and assist you.
