Meine deutsch ist nicht gut.
Ich muss meinen Kabelvertrag kündigen. Ich brauche jemanden, mit dem ich auf Englisch sprechen kann. Sie sagten mir, ich solle hierher gehen.

which contract do you want to cancel. Is there a concrete reason? For a closer look send me the following informations in a private message:

The reason why you get several bills is very simple: you have different contracts about mobile phone, DSL an Cable TV. For each you have different customer numbers, bills and invoice runs. The customer numbers are stated in the order confirmation for your products.
For the cancellation of the TV contract you'll recevie a written confirmation via e-mail.

OK, one reason I cancelled was because I supposedly had a package for phone, inernet and TV. Yet I got separate bills for everything. They could never explain this. We called several times, and they said they had no idea why.
OK that is not the problem. My TV contract which was part of my internet plan, was cancelled a month ago. The Internet was supposed to be cancelled on the 4th. It is now the 7th and I my internet is still working? The Contract was over on the 4th. So why is it still working, and why have I not gotten a confirmation with instructions where to send the Fritz Box?

Hello,
for a long time now, there have been no pacts that contain everything. So separate contracts are always booked when you order TV and INternet & telephone.
Why do you wait half a year to answer again?
