Havent received eSim credentials

Hello!

I got a contract with an iPhone and I chose the eSim option. The phone has been delivered without any QR code or credentials to activate the sim card. On MeinVodafone the sim card has an active status but I have no service on my phone. I called the hotline yesterday and they said they would email me the QR code in 20 minutes but I still havent received it.

I need it urgently.
