Crypto apps not opening because of network error

Hi,

since a month I cannot access anymore my crypto apps (Crypto.com, Binance). As soon as I try to log it I get a Netword error. I've been wondering if there is any restriction from Vodafone.

Unfortunatly your Customer Support is incredibly inefficient when it comes to english speaking and it takes me days to get some help in English. I hope I can find some answers here.

Thanks for your inquiry.

First we have to be sure that your access is correct. Can you log in via WiFi and does the network error only occur in the Vodafone network?

Does this happen across the Vodafone network or just in one location?
