Hi!
Disclaimer: Sorry in advance, I am new to Germany and my German is broken.
I got the cable contract from CHECK24 2 months ago. So far, I have received 2 invoices, and they state that some of my credits have been deducted. Also, I cannot see how I can pay, as it is not stated in the invoices. So my questions are:
- Where do the credits come from, and how do they work?
- How do I pay the invoice, and how can I set up direct debit from my bank account?
